1.Must have the concept of cherishing talents
Talents is the  valuable asset for the company , managers in all levels must cherish talents,can not be jealous of talent.Even though the managers themselves are the outstanding talents ,without extraordinary talents and key employees,it is very hard to achieved great things alone.
2.Must have the concept of thirsty for talent
We has a mind of cherishing the talents,and we are thirsty for them. It;s hard to find talents in the group.The talents are outstanding but very rare .Managers need to persevere so that can find the rare talents in the big group.
3.Key talents training and management
Key talents are our core and representative,also our soul and backbone.The company must have the group of key staffs no mater it is big or small and what is the ownership structure .In a market economy, the competition between enterprises final becomes to the competition between key talents.The quality and quantity of key talents determines the company core competence , exist and develop
4.Must have the concept for tolerance of talents
Utilize talents is not easy ,tolerance talents is even harder than it . Talents not only have advantages but also disadvantages,the more outstanding the advantage is ,the more outstanding the disadvantage is. Arrogance is a common problem for talents.Great talent is usually not punctilious,extraordinary talent even has eccentricities,there are all kinds of contradictions among talents.
5.Must have the virtue of recommend talents
Managers should have the virtue of recommend talents . A talent which is not suitable for the position is an unstable factor,even though he follows it ,did not showed the sentiment of having talent but no opportunity to use it,but some one will say it out if it is unfair. People will compare to talents and mangers consciously or unconsciously to diminish authority of managers.
6.Set up the system of talents training
Need to set up the system of talents training if you want to own talents, Top enterprises such like Haier, Lenovo, Huawei,Mengniu are full of talents.Why they have many talents? Is that because of the system? Every company has its own system,why other companies don’t succeed ? Is that because of the leader who is outstanding ? The leader has so much work to do ,how much time he can use to train talents ? How many talents he can train them successfully ?Hu yifu indicated that all outstanding leaders create a good business environment to build harmonious enterprise atmosphere,enterprise talents come out in this environment and atmosphere .
7.Must have the eye of qualifying talents
Managers should be perspicacious,otherwise will miss talents even they appear.Qualify talents need to be in essence.The fundamental method to qualify talents is to carefully observe his speech and behavior,especially the behavior.Should be good at qualifying different types of talents.Everyone has his own ability,the different is on the degrees and direction of ability.
8.Must have the ability of reining talents
Leading efficiency is higher if the managers can be good at reining talents.The trainee -Hu Yifu thought that the ability of managers not always better than others,but must need to supper know how to use talents.
9.Must have the boldness of protecting talents
The boldness of protecting talents not only the ability for the managers but also the morality. Managers should prevent loving the talents deeply and killing them without any consideration. No one is perfect,even the talents will make mistake and have faults in work,especially during the develop and explore processes.
10.Talents is the wealth
Every employee is a treasure.Only the managers realize that employee is the treasure,then they will treat the employees as can be developed.As usually ,people will not develop the rubbish.What methods can develop the people as the treasure? Hu Yifu indicated that can manage people by system and suppress people by authority,of course every managers should consider more that how to make the talents become the wealth.
